RITUAL : I prefer a long slow steep for these loose leaf teas. A jar, hot water, a lid, and a fine mesh strainer is my way. Pour water over herbs, ideally steep for 5 - 20 minutes (I like to steep overnight if possible), pour through strainer into your favorite mug. Tea on.

WHY I MADE THESE…Before I began herb school, I was always blending teas. I had the honor of making tea for class in nutrition school and found that I really had a knack and love for the art of tea. In herb school I learned many ways of blending teas and how to make a tea taste good, the hardest part when creating a tea to “do” something! Enjoy my tried and true blends!
